Products and pricing
All products sold are officially licensed merchandise. Product images are for illustration; minor variations may occur. All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you before dispatch.
Orders
An order is accepted when we dispatch your items. We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, where a pricing error has occurred, or where we suspect fraud. If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded in full.
Delivery, returns and cancellation
Delivery timescales and our 30-day returns policy are set out on our Delivery & Returns page. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
