Is everything in the Mugs collection officially licensed?

It is. We only sell officially licensed merchandise, which means each Mugs product is authorised by the rights holder — genuine branding, checked quality, and the licensor gets its cut.

How quickly will my Mugs order arrive?

Fast. Orders placed before 3pm on a working day leave us the same day. UK delivery is £3.50, free when you spend over £30, and Priority (1–2 working days) is £4.50 at checkout.

What if I change my mind or something doesn't fit?
